Clemson is partnering with BMW of North America on the latest Deep Orange 17 prototype, a solar-powered, energy-positive concept vehicle. BMW was a founding partner of CU-ICAR in 2007, helping establish Clemson’s Department of Automotive Engineering and the world’s first Ph.D. program in automotive engineering.

- Temporary lane closures on Highway 93 in front of Douthit Hills have been rescheduled for tomorrow, July 9, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this time, traffic will be reduced to a single lane while crews repair damaged sections of the speed bumps.
