Welcome back, Makayla!Hello 4-H members, leaders, and volunteers!
My name is Makayla Stommel and I’m excited to be the 4-H summer intern at the extension office again this summer! For those who may not know me, I am a previous 12 year Fond du Lac County 4-H member where I was very involved in the Teen Leaders Association, active in my club, and participated in many county events. My favorite projects were Arts & Crafts and Food & Nutrition. I am currently going into my senior year at UW-Madison where I am majoring in Elementary Education. Outside of my 4-H and school life, I enjoy playing soccer, shopping, and hanging out with family and friends. Events I am working on this summer include various camps such as Foodie Camp, Art Camp, and Cloverbud Day Camp, as well as going to promotional events, helping at the fair, and more! I’m excited to be working with youth and adults this summer and gaining experience in my leadership and teaching skills! I’m glad to be back and ready for a great summer!

FDL Dairy Project InformationDairy ID information is due when your fair entries are due, June 17! Each animal that you enter must have a Dairy ID on file for our records. We also use this information to create the showbook for the fair.
Dairy ID Google Form Link: go.wisc.edu/89a685
As a reminder, all members of the dairy project must either complete a showmanship workshop or compete in a showmanship contest (and provide proof) at either a district Holstein show, a local breed show, World Dairy Expo or an FFA or 4H judging contest where showmanship is also being judged. For those who cannot complete their showmanship requirement this way, you may complete the questionnaire below.
