In this month's A&F Staff Profiles, team members share their thoughts about the power of collaboration and why it truly matters for them and the teams with whom they engage.

Three campus projects have one thing in common: They have been guided by female construction project managers. Two are alumnae, and all three are shaping the built environment.  

The newest permanent art installation on campus informs, inspires, and celebrates decades of Georgia Tech women’s achievements. An opening celebration and ribbon-cutting took place Saturday, March 8, that honored those who helped create the installation, as well as those whose stories are part of it.

Staff in Administration and Finance (A&F) are invited to attend a listening session with Kim Toatley, interim executive vice president for A&F and chief business officer for the Institute. These one-hour listening sessions will provide staff members the opportunity to share their celebrations, concerns, and ideas while getting to learn more about Kim and one another.

Space is limited and RSVPs are required.

Earth Month is almost here, and the campus community is invited to join the Office of Sustainability in our Earth Day observance throughout April.

The Georgia Tech Commencement Office is looking for enthusiastic faculty and staff who want to take part in one of the biggest days for Georgia Tech students. Join the volunteer team to assist with this semester's ceremonies starting on Thursday, May 1, through Saturday, May 3. 

The 2025 goal-setting and performance evaluation period for staff is now open until April 15. For helpful resources visit the Performance Management @Tech website for more information including how to set your S.M.A.R.T. goals.

With the tax deadline closing in, it is a good time for employees to review and update the details that affect your tax status. Take a moment to review your record and make any necessary adjustments.

More than 400 attended the March A&F Virtual Town Hall to explore strategies and resources designed to enhance the wellness and well-being of the Georgia Tech community. Topics included benefits and programs that support psychological, physical, and social well-being – resources that are especially important in helping us navigate through uncertain times with greater resilience and positivity.
