Forging Partnerships Through Cinema from Rockville to Israel
For the first time ever, American-Jewish teens (from Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School) will share a schooling experience with Jewish-Israeli and Arab-Israeli teens, bonding through learning about Israeli cinema. This historic initiative, made possible by Federation and The Abraham Fund Initiatives, will begin this spring as their high schools enter into a three-way learning relationship intended to encourage compassion, dialogue and peace.
