Middle School Parents: Join Us for Coffee and Conversation on January 24, 8:05 a.m.
Middle School Parents: Parenting isn't easy, especially during a pandemic, and it's normal to worry. Lynn Lyons, therapist, author, and speaker is an expert on helping parents, kids, and teens manage anxiety. Her acclaimed weekly podcast, Flusterclux, is full of concrete guidance, laughs, and practical tips without the psychobabble.
We invite our Middle School families to listen at home to her podcast entitled "The Good News about Your Kid's Psychological Immune System" (see link below) and then join Dr. Kim Hilton, St. Michael's Clinical Psychologist, for coffee and informal conversation on the podcast topic in our Middle School library on Monday, November 24, 8:05-9 a.m.
Please RSVP BELOW by Friday, January 21. We hope you will join us!
