The Division 2 Athletic Directors Association (D2 ADA) recently honored Walsh University Athletics for its exceptional academic accomplishments with the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. The Cavaliers finished 5th in the nation, with 224 student-athletes meeting the criteria for this prestigious accolade, having maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and completed at least two years of college-level coursework.
In the G-MAC (Great Midwest Athletic Conference), Walsh finished 2nd, trailing only Tiffin University, with 228 athletes recognized out of 1,075 G-MAC student-athletes honored. This recognition highlights the academic excellence and commitment of our student-athletes across all sports.
Congratulations to all our scholar-athletes for their dedication and hard work both on the field and in the classroom. We extend our gratitude to our coaches for their exceptional leadership and commitment to fostering excellence in both academics and athletics.
