Appleton Area Ecumenical Good Friday Service
Join us at the Fellowship at noon on Friday, April 18 for the Appleton Area Ecumenical Good Friday service; an hour devoted to the Christian remembrance of the crucifixion of Jesus and the sadness and fear of that day, as well as the challenges we currently face in our lives and our world. Several area churches participate annually, and this year the Fox Valley UU Fellowship is the host! If you wish to sing in the Good Friday choir (this year, directed by Dr. Steve Sieck), please let John Popke (john@fvuuf.org) know ASAP so he can obtain sheet music for you. You'll arrive at 10:30 to rehearse that day.

Supporting Our Neurodiverse Learners Session
NEW DATE! Sophia’s workshop has been moved to Sunday, April 27, 12:30-2:00 pm
Mark your calendars for Sunday, April 27, 12:30-2:00 pm. Sophia Shulz, our wonderful Neurodiversity Support Intern, will lead a session on how to support our neurodiverse learners and members of our beloved community. Sophia has been working hard to help us understand the unique needs of our neurodiverse students and how we can best support them. She has lots of valuable insights to share! We want to make the most of our time with her before she leaves us in June to pursue the next steps in her professional journey so let’s make the most of our time with her while we can!
Sophia has enough material for two sessions, and we're looking into organizing a second one. Stay tuned for more details!

Religious Exploration Program Year
We warmly invite all young curious minds to join us in fun and friendship in our Religious Exploration classes on Sundays during the 11:00 service. Kids in grades 4K-8 will discover our values through enriching lessons and activities that help them grow spiritually, ethically, and intellectually.
Every month, our students in grades 4K- 5 will explore a variety of major world religions and learn more about our new Unitarian Universalist values: Justice, Equity, Transformation, Pluralism, Interdependence, and Generosity (JETPIG). Finally, they will continue their journey of understanding and practicing their own UU faith.
Click HERE for information about each of our programs including nursery, children’s Sunday Religious Exploration, and HERE for our teen programs; Crossing Paths, Being a Teen, and Our Whole Lives.
