Ā Starting Tuesday, September 8, ALL children 10 years and younger are allowed in Child Watch! Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12pm & 5pm-7pm. Child watch is a first come, first serve.

*Max 10 kids (20 allowed T/TH evenings)
*1-Hour Limit

We want your old shoes

We're hosting a shoe drive starting September 15th. Donate your gently worn sneakers for a win-win-win. You clean out your closest, less goes into the landfill, sneakers get a new life, and microentrepreneurs build their business. Drop off pairs of tennis shoes in the big box in the lobby. Read about the types of shoes we accept here.

Sharing is Caring

This is your friendly reminder.
Please be courteous with fellow members and share the disinfectant spray bottles in the weight room. Return spray bottles to towel basket. Make sure you are wiping down equipment before and after you use it. Don't forget to discard used rags in the brown hamper by exit doors.

Camp Jackson needs help šŸ•

Hundreds of kids did not get to experience the magical wonder of a week in the mountains at camp this summer. We had to be one of many that delivered disappointing news. We never want to have to do that again. Even though we didn't host resident camp this year theĀ maintenance doesn't stop. The tile in the kitchen is falling apart and needs to be replaced.Ā  For $10 you can 'buy a brick' to help us restore the kitchen floor. Your support relieves some of the uncertainty of holding camp in the future.Ā

Meet the person who will change your life...

When Deb Hinkle was younger she used to hate wearing tennis shoes. She would do anything to not wear them. She initially started working out in gyms to lose weight when she was in her mid-twenties.Ā Debā€™s enthusiasm is tangible when she talks about helping other women. Her voice raises, she talks with her hands, and the tone of her voice is genuine when describing the transformation of her clients. Read more...Ā
