A Mother's Day Performance from the A.G. Rhodes Roof Raisers

Employee Spotlight: Thyoris Ball, Wound Care Partner
Thyoris Ball, LPN, has been an A.G. Rhodes Wesley Woods care partner for 16 years, bringing positivity and a bright smile to a community that benefits from both.
Thyoris loves what he does, and when explaining why he chose his profession, he said, “To see other people happy always brightens my day,” Thyoris explains that he is deeply rooted in A.G. Rhodes, often being the person others turn to in a time of need.  “I’m one of the go-to guys. I get things done and know everyone in every department. If I don’t know something, I know someone who does.”
Thyoris is an incredibly personable care partner and likes getting to know his residents and their families.“Before the pandemic, even loved ones and certain residents would ask to see me. Some of that has changed due to visitation restrictions, but I still make my rounds to see residents who would notice if they didn’t see me during my shift.” Read more here
