If you said this during the first week of school, you're not alone.
College introduces young people to many new opportunities and responsibilities that can feel both fun and a little frightening to balance all at once! If you're feeling a bit stressed - don't worry, that's natural.Â
Building wellness habits like a nutritious meal plan, responding to stress, creating strong friendships, managing a budget, practicing sleep hygiene, can have a large impact on our life, but very few of us feel equipped to handle these challenges - especially with the added stress of academic life!
Luckily, our office is here for you. Regardless of how the semester has you feeling so far, our team of trained professionals can help you build a holistic set of skills to achieve your well-being goals.
