• ALIVE! Grocery Bag Packers Help ALIVE!’s mass bag-packing operation to supply thousands of grocery bags per week for distribution to food-insecure residents of Alexandria, VA. NOTE: volunteers for this project must be able to do some light to moderate lifting and bending over to pick up cases of food from ground level.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Site Volunteers
Volunteer with Montgomery County’s Medical Reserve Corps to assist in supporting COVID-19 vaccination sites. There is high need for volunteers with current MD, RN, NP, PA, and/or Pharmacist licenses to be vaccinators. Non-medical volunteers are needed to assist with logistics support, data entry, and client registration.
• Volunteer at N Street Village Play an essential role in improving the lives of homeless and low-income women in our community. Join the more than 400 volunteers hosted annually at N Street Village.
