Training Resource: Bullying Versus Conflict Scenarios |
Peer-to-peer abuse often escalates from bullying, so having a robust anti-bullying culture is key. This means all staff need to be able to identify bullying, so they can intervene and prevent it. We have developed scenarios to help assist your teams in identifying the difference between bullying and normal peer-to-peer conflict. We encourage you to download and use these at your next staff training.

Aquatic Safety: Key Questions to Consider |
Throughout the summer, we have been gathering insights from aquatic events we have seen, as well as observations while visiting our customers. These have informed our key focus areas for preparing lifeguards to identify and respond to an aquatics emergency. Based on these key focus areas, we have created a list of questions for you to consider as you address these on your pool deck or waterfront. We encourage you to discuss these with your aquatics leadership staff.
