Residents from all three A.G. Rhodes homes came together for one of our most cherished traditions; our annual Ms. A.G. Rhodes Pageant. Filled with smiles and sparkle, the event celebrated the beauty, personality and spirit of each participant.
Congratulations to our 2026 winners, pictured left to right below!

National CNA Week, celebrated annually in June, is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants who provide compassionate care and support to our elders each day. CNAs comprise the majority of our workforce, and they help make A.G. Rhodes a special place to live and work.

Employee Spotlight: Makia Dunson, CNA, A.G. Rhodes Atlanta
Just before the interview for this employee spotlight, Makia was helping one of the elders at A.G. Rhodes Atlanta.
“I was rolling her hair,” she said.
It’s a simple moment, but one that reflects the way Makia approaches her work as a CNA. For her, caregiving goes beyond meeting physical needs. It’s about building relationships and offering companionship.

At A.G. Rhodes, every team member brings a unique story. This Pride Month, we are honored to share one rooted in authenticity, resilience, and love.

What's New in Therapy & Rehabilitation
|
A.G. Rhodes is continuing to enhance its therapy and rehabilitation services with the addition of respiratory therapy at our Atlanta and Cobb communities, with the service expected to launch soon at our DeKalb community. This specialized service supports residents with respiratory conditions and complements the comprehensive care already available across our communities.

|
And here's something many people don't know: A.G. Rhodes also offers outpatient therapy services. Community members can receive services from our experienced, in-house therapists in our rehabilitation gyms.

We know how wonderful the A.G. Rhodes community is. We want everyone to know! Kind words mean a great deal to our Care Partners. If you have some kind words you'd like to send a staff member, you can send them a Care Partner Praise HERE!
" I had an emergency stay at A.G. Rhodes [DeKalb] Wesley Woods for two weeks. Everyone was extremely nice. The rooms were adequate, but nice for a facility. The nurses were TOP rated and other staff went out of their way to show love and make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay to rehab. It is amazing what these people accomplish."
