CLAS day at the PSU Football Game! 

Join your CLAS colleagues and come cheer on our student athletes at the PSU Vikings home opener football game on Saturday, September 26 at 2:05pm vs the WOU Wolves at Providence Park. CLAS accomplishments will be highlighted throughout the game.

Portland State of Mind
PSU's annual Portland State of Mind will take place October 22–31. The 10 day celebration for students, families, alumni, and community members will feature more than 50 events highlighting PSU. CLAS will be hosting a free Portland State of Mind lecture, highlighting work from our History students and faculty:

From Stumptown to Treetown: Interpreting Portland's History through its Heritage Trees

Graduate student David-Paul B. Hedberg and Assistant Professor Catherine McNeur will use historic photographs, archival collections, and living trees to explore the stories of Portland’s past.
