No Classes March 16-20

As per the email sent to St M families on March 12, we made the decision to extend Spring Break and CANCEL classes and all after-school activities (including the Slay Like A Mother evening event with Katherine Wintsch) for the week of March 16-20. Our Extended Day program will also be CLOSED the entire week of March 16.

Our goal is to communicate any decisions and updates moving forward in a timely manner. We will also post all of our COVID-19 information, future updates, and any other virus-related resources that might be helpful to you and your children in a special section at the top of our This Week at St. Michael’s webpage. We encourage you to bookmark this page which can be accessed from the front page of our website. Right now, the plan is to reopen School on Monday, March 23 -- either in-person or via remote learning.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times.

Dads' Night Out

Calling all St M Dads! Joins us on Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 p.m. for Dads' Night Out on the Green.

The evening will feature the return of the LOWCO Eatery and delicious beverages from Growlers to Go. RSVP to Anne McCoy (amccoy@stmschool.net). We hope to see you there!

Note: Please RSVP if you would like to attend. Should the COVID-19 situation require us to amend our plans, we will postpone the event and notify families at that time.

Got Lunch?

Don't forget to place your lunch order! (Note: Should we cancel any school days prior to the Saturday cut-off, all orders will be canceled and you will not be billed. We have indeed canceled all orders for the week of March 16.)

The cut-off for placing orders is always 6 p.m. SATURDAY for the upcoming week. Remember, you can schedule lunches up to 4 weeks in advance!
If you miss the window, contact Yay Lunch directly at info@yaylunch.com.
Be sure to check your class calendar to ensure your child is not away on field trips on chosen hot lunch days.

IMPORTANT: Parents’ billing questions, cancellations, technical support, and all other lunch-related questions should go directly to info@yaylunch.com, as Yay Lunch is managing the entire lunch program for the School.

All St. Michael's students, friends and siblings are invited to join us for this wonderful mission opportunity right here in our backyard! Please contact Christian Hansen if your child is interested in participating and go to impactrichmond.org to learn more. Scholarships are available, so please let me know if that would be helpful as cost should NOT be a prohibitive factor.
