Annual EADA Notification
Federal regulations require that we provide members of the Duke community with access to the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Report. The EADA Report is designed to make students aware of Duke’s commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for both its men and women students. The data collected in this report is provided by institutions in accordance with the EADA and may not be the same data used for determining compliance with other federal or state laws, including Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
