On Tuesday, May, 7, at 11:21 p.m., the Department of Campus Safety received a report of a fondling that occurred at approximately 11:04 p.m., outside of Lipton Residence Hall in Manhattan.
The complainant, an NYU student, reported that an unidentified individual grabbed their buttocks in front of Lipton Hall as they were walking. The suspect then immediatly fled in the opposite direction.
No injuries were reported.
Description of Suspect:
The suspect was described as male-presenting and dark complexioned, approximately 5'-2" tall, wearing all black with a black beanie, and a beard.
