6th Annual Know Norm Run

It's that time again!  The 6th Annual Know Norm Run motorcycle ride and Feed Northland Kids Fundraiser is on Saturday June 1st.  The Schlossenberg family partner with Worth Harley Davidson to put on a great event aimed at supporting our food-security programs.  The Know Norm Run is all about friends and family in the Kansas City motorcycle community who "Know Norm" and enjoy riding and raising money for charity.  The KC Weasels will lead this day-long event in the Northland with the help of Santa Fe Trail Antique Motorcycle Club, Weston Bunkhouse, Leon's Social Club in Holt, MO, and the Smithville American Legion.

Also, don't forget to check out the Antique Vintage Motorcycle show.  The ride will end at Worth Harley Davidson with KC Style BBQ from Worth's own Twisted Rib BBQ, live music, a 50/50 raffle, children's lemonade stand and much more!  Proceeds go directly to support our Community Food Kits, school pantries, and Harvesters BackSnacks.  Click here to donate towards the 6th Annual Know Norm Run, and don't forget to join us on June 1st.  

Join us on June 29-30th at the KC Wheel!  Feed Northland Kids will be featured all weekend at the KC Wheel and Pennway Park events to help raise money for our food-security programs.  Join us to ride the 150-foot-tall wheel and see the Heart of America like never before!

Calling all Northland food support organizations!!!  Invitations have been sent out for the First Annual Northland Food Support Agencies Brunch on June 27th at Chicken N Pickle in North Kansas City.  The Northland is known for our collaborative nature and we will work together, share resources, and find ways to fill the gaps for children and families in our communities. 

Thank you to the generous kindergartners at Warren Hills Elementary in Liberty Public Schools for this super fun project.  Together they raised $1080.93 for Feed Northland Kids!!  

The Antioch Branch of the Mid-Continent Public Library did it again!  Their Food For Fines food drive brought in 725 pounds of food for our Community Food Kit programs.
