Please join us for the Annual General Meeting of the Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association on Thursday March 26th 2015 @ 6:30pm in the lounge of the CTRA facility, on Providence Farm (1843 Tzhoualem Road, Duncan).
Our AGM will feature a guest presentation with snacks and refreshments provided. A social hour will follow the meeting.
Members 18 and older are eligible to vote at the AGM. In the case of a corporate/association memberships, we welcome multiple representatives to our event, but only one representative can vote on behalf of a given organization.
Memberships will be available for purchase at the event.
Our AGM is open to the public and everyone is welcome - please bring a friend!

Farm Directions: Come down the main driveway and follow the signs past the “big house” to the back of the farm, hanging a right at the main intersection in front of the general store. CTRA is the big white building with a silo out front. The lounge is located on the upper floor. Parking is available by the general store, or if you follow the road around and behind the CTRA indoor (there will be signs).
