Each year, REALTOR® members of Tri-County Suburban are provided the opportunity to cast votes for candidates seeking placement on the Board of Directors. This year, there are 7 REALTOR® candidates to fill 2 open REALTOR® seats on the board. Members elected will serve a 2-year term to the Board.
The 2026 REALTOR® Candidates are:
Mary Beale, Angela Beers, Jennifer Botchway, Stacie Koroly, Michael Maerten, Frank May & Dennis Morgan.

For the 2026 election, the online polls (via associationvoting.com) will open on Thursday, September 24th via an email notification will be sent to every REALTOR® member. The election will conclude at the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 22nd. Members may submit votes online until 1:00pm on Wednesday, October 22nd, or vote in-person at the Annual Membership Meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: As in the previous years, all members will ONLY receive the link to cast their vote via email. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the ballot mailed to you, that request must be filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least four (4) weeks before the election (September 25, 2025) and the ballot will be mailed to you.
In accordance with the Bylaws, additional candidates may be placed in nomination by
petition by at least five percent (5%) of the REALTOR® members eligible to vote. The
petition must be filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least four (4) weeks before the election (September 25, 2025).

Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® is bringing members two unique opportunities this fall to learn, grow, and connect—completely free of charge. From mastering the latest AI tools to sharpen your business edge, to exploring the ins and outs of podcasting with industry pros and REALTOR® peers who’ve built successful podcasts from the ground up, these upcoming seminars are designed to deliver both inspiration and practical strategies you can implement into your business!
On October 23rd, 50 members will be given the opportunity to touch every part of the podcasting process — from concept to content calendar, equipment to execution — at a special off-site free seminar hosted at Main Line Studios & The Podcast Factory in Wayne, PA. You’ll hear from media pros Stacey Grant and Eric LaCasse, then gain insider tips from REALTORS® Jason Ostrowsky and Tim Garrity on how they’ve turned podcasts into powerful brand-builders and lead generators. Registration is required.
On November 4th, members will be given the opportunity to learn about the future of real estate marketing in a dynamic keynote with Rajeev Sajja, SVP of Digital Marketing & Innovation. From frameworks like 4P and R.I.S.E to hands-on demos of custom GPTs, Rajeev will show you how to streamline workflows, create compliance-ready content in seconds, and build client experiences that feel more human, not less. This seminar is being offered in a hybrid format. Registration is required.

Tickets for the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting are LIVE! |
According to the National Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® volunteer at more than twice the rate of the general population & 72% of REALTORS® volunteer regularly compared to the broader public. In the spirit of these statistics, one month remains to submit your application to Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® annual "Making a Difference" Community Service Awards initiative. This program's objective is to recognize active REALTOR® members who are making an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work.
Multiple winners will be selected in the fall by association leadership. These winners will receive grants ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 for the charity of their choice.
Please note that a REALTOR® may nominate themselves or may be nominated by someone else by filling out the Community Service Awards Application and returning it to the association office by the deadline of September 30th, 2025.
Applicants are welcome to apply each year, regardless of whether they have been selected as a recipient in the past.

PHFA Regional Training Event Coming to Philadelphia October 8th |

The PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) is hosting a regional event on October 8th in Philadelphia to share the benefits of their most popular programs, co-branding marketing initiatives, free homebuyer education and more. PHFA offers a variety of tools to help REALTORS® grow your pipeline including first mortgage programs, down payment and closing cost assistance programs and repair loan options. All housing professionals are invited to join, whether you are a Loan Officer, REALTOR® or a Counseling Agency.

SRA: Oracle’s 111-Acre Campus in East Whiteland Is For Sale
|

|
An office park spanning 111 acres is up for sale in Malvern, East Whiteland Township. The Malvern Green complex includes three office buildings and a data center building that total about 759,900 square feet at 51 Valley Stream Parkway. The four buildings are occupied by tech giant Oracle but are being marketed for mixed-use redevelopment. The campus has a parking garage that can fit 400 cars and surface parking that can accommodate 1,400 cars, according to marketing materials. The four Malvern Green buildings are listed as:
