Tri-County Suburban REALTORS is excited to welcome hundreds of members to Springfield Country Club on October 21st, 2026 for the most popular event of the year - the Annual Membership Meeting. The afternoon promises to be one of networking, camaraderie, and a keynote speech from leadership expert and author of two National Bestsellers Decide and Leading Relationships, Steve McClatchy. As a performance improvement specialist, Steve helps professionals work smarter, communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, reduce stress, and lead with greater impact. Through engaging stories, strategies, and actionable takeaways, attendees will learn how better decision-making, stronger communication, and intentional leadership can improve both personal and professional success.
The skills of communicating effectively, working with diverse multi-generational teams, setting clear expectations, giving feedback, navigating differing opinions, resolving conflict, working remotely, and holding others accountable can be the most important skills you will ever develop. In this age of AI threatening the future of work these are things that AI will never be able to do for you. In this presentation you will learn the keys to success in each of these areas and how to build relationships strong enough to handle the pressures and tensions inherent in building, leading and/or being a part of a dynamic, engaged, fast changing, high-performance, creative, collaborative team.
This presentation is guaranteed to change the way you work, interact, solve problems, innovate, manage, and lead your business!
Alongside McClatchy's keynote, there will be an Affiliate Expo featuring 20 vendors, door prizes, an induction ceremony of the 2026 REALTOR® Emeritus class, a recognition ceremony of the 2026 Leadership Development Program graduates, a recognition ceremony of the 2026 “Making a Difference: Community Service Awards”

SRA: 75-acre West Sadsbury Development Site Sells for $23M
| |
A construction and development firm has paid $23 million for 75 acres of land in West Sadsbury Township near the western edge of Chester County, a prime location for additional commercial development along Route 30. Ephrata-based Benchmark Construction purchased the property at 3783-3975 W. Lincoln Highway in Parkesburg from an entity affiliated with Mark Bedwell and West Chester construction management firm The Bedwell Co. The property sits along the north side of West Lincoln Highway, or Route 30, between Route 10 to the east and Moscow Road to the west. A Wawa gas station and convenience store adjacent to the property was not included in the transaction. Across Route 30 from the property, West Sadsbury Commons is anchored by Home Depot and Walmart. As Benchmark weighs options for the property, future development could still be years away, given the time it takes to form plans and work through West Sadsbury Township approvals.
