Thanks to students from West Coast University (Richardson), Sixty & Better’s Walk with a Doc program has been expanded to include a second session – Walk & Talk.  Led by students in the university’s physician assistant and physical and occupational therapy departments, the Walk & Talk program consists of an interactive discussion between university students and participants on topics related to aging. 

As in Walk with a Doc, warm-up exercises and a self–paced walk follow the discussion in the Walk & Talk program.
