End of Semester Updates

Believe it or not, the fall semester is quickly coming to a close. That being said, we have a few quick updates to pass along before the holiday season begins.

Study Break and Tower Climb - Come join us on December 4th to take a break from studying and climb up the Duke Chapel tower. We will lead a climb at both 10:00 and 10:30 am that day. Feel free to drop by for coffee and a snack outside of the Chapel - we would love to see you before the semester ends.

Graduation Cords - First, congratulations to all our student veterans who will be graduating this semester! We want all graduating student veterans to know that we have graduation cords to distribute prior to commencement. How can you pick up your cords? We will have a handful of cords with us at the study break on the 4th, can mail them to you, or you can always swing by the student veteran office on East Campus. Let us know what works for you!

We also wanted to say thank you to all those who made it out to the Veterans Day 5k and Military Appreciation Tailgate. We're excited to update you on our events for the spring semester.

Lastly, we hope that all of those who will be traveling in the coming weeks do so safely and have a great Thanksgiving. We will be on campus through the first few weeks of December so please feel free to reach out if we can help in any way between now and then.
We hope to see you soon!

Reminder to look out for the Student Veteran organizations and/or fellow Veterans at your schools. With over 300 Student Veterans and military personnel on campus, none of us are alone in our schools or programs - read on for ways to connect!
