As we close out 2025, we find ourselves marveling at the enduring power of collaboration in Harney County. Eighteen years into this journey, we're reminded that our greatest asset has always been the same: people willing to work together.

This year has reinforced what we've learned over nearly two decades—that meaningful change happens through sustained relationships, honest dialogue, and a shared commitment to our land, water, and communities. The collaborative culture we've built together continues to prove itself resilient and adaptive, ready to meet whatever comes next.

We're deeply grateful for everyone who makes this work possible: the partners who consistently show up month after month to tackle complex challenges contributing their time, expertise, and goodwill and our funders who believe in the power of collaboration and who share in this vision of what rural collaboration can achieve.
