Dear Brebeuf Families,
As we begin the re-enrollment process for the 2017-2018 academic year, I find myself reflecting on the great trust you have placed in the faculty and staff of Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School.  We are most fortunate to have excellent teachers who provide challenging coursework and a rigorous curriculum. I am blessed beyond measure to be here and watch your children contribute to the daily life of Brebeuf and celebrate their personal and academic achievements.
What I love about Brebeuf is that our celebrations go beyond simply the classroom. Our Jesuit education is aimed at the development of the whole person, where our students are led to understand their intellectual and God-given talents as gifts to be developed in service of God and the world around them. Our students are asked to continually reflect upon their experiences, both inside and outside of the classroom. This expectation is set to ensure that they have the opportunity to realize that what they have learned and put into practice will make a tangible, positive difference in their lives.
The administration, faculty, staff, and Board of Trustees, and I are committed to providing the finest Jesuit education for all of our students. As we work to prepare for the next school year and consider the necessary resources, the Brebeuf Jesuit Administrative Leadership Team and Board of Trustees have met to thoughtfully review and discuss the tuition and fees for operations and planning. To that end, the Board of Trustees has approved a tuition increase of 2.6% ($430), bringing tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year to $16,980. Student fees will remain unchanged. Additionally, an increase in our financial aid allocation will provide $2.3 million to be awarded to students with demonstrated financial need.
We look forward to having your son or daughter here with us at Brebeuf Jesuit next year. The online re-enrollment package and financial aid application will be sent to you electronically tomorrow, Friday, January 27, 2017. We will transition to FACTS from Smart Tuition as the tuition management option for Brebeuf Jesuit, and your tuition account will roll forward for the 2017-2018 academic year. As you take the time to complete these documents, know that we are committed to making a Brebeuf education accessible to every admitted student. If you have any questions regarding the financial aid process, please contact Ron Galle, Vice President for Finance, at 317.524.7102 or rgalle@brebeuf.org.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, administration and faculty and staff, thank you for being part of the Brebeuf Jesuit family and embodying what makes a Brebeuf Jesuit education invaluable.
Respectfully,
Fr. Jack Dennis, S.J.

President
