The men's basketball team will play UNC Asheville in a nationally televised game on Thursday, Feb. 20. The game, which will tip off at 7 p.m. on the Carilion Clinic Court at the Dedmon Center, will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU. A political comedy with a twist or two |

The Totalitarians, a play by Peter Sinn Nachtrieb, will be performed in the Blackbox Theater in the Artis Center Feb. 19-22 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. This raucous, dark comedy about a politician’s quest to implement nefarious plans in the Cornhuskerer State is a hilarious send-up of modern politics that might look oh-so-familiar. Snow and ice have moved the reception and awards ceremony for the spring Juried Student Art Show to Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 5-7 p.m. in the Tyler Gallery (next to BT's). Refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public. You can catch the show during regular gallery hours (Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.) from Feb. 8 through March 1.

Shred-A-Thon: Secure document shredding during campus Earth Week – April 25 |

Radford University Recycling will host a Shred-A-Thon in conjunction with campus Earth Week to safely and securely shred and recycle unwanted, confidential paper documents at Heth Clock Plaza on Friday, April 25, from noon to 4 p.m. This is a free campus-wide event open to all Radford University on-campus offices and departments, as well as students, faculty, and staff with a valid Radford University ID.
Please note that this event is for university-related paper materials only. Offices and departments must follow proper disposal procedures. Departments with more than 20 boxes should contact the recycling office in advance for accommodation. Join us in promoting sustainability and secure recycling during campus Earth Week celebrations!
