Support Pack Essentials on Day of Giving

On March 26, NC State’s Annual Day of Giving, multiple alums are stepping forward to help the Pack Essentials program continue to support NC State students facing food and housing insecurity. To inspire donors to give, Brad Remmey, ‘94 and Ginny Remmey will give $50,000, and Steve Deaton, ‘79 and Gladys Deaton will give $25,000 when the Pack Essentials Fund reaches 350 total gifts on Day of Giving.

Help your favorite area of NC State get a head start on Day of Giving. Log in to Gleam to see the complete list of actions, such as watching the teaser video or following NC State on social media. The top three winners will receive $1,000, as this challenge runs until 11:59 p.m. on March 25.

With Day of Giving fast approaching, the DASA Day of Giving Toolkit, available for DASA departments, is a great resource to help you plan your strategy.
With the 2024-25 fiscal year winding down, purchase deadlines are approaching. The deadline for large purchase requisitions ($5,000 or more) is March 28, and the deadline for all other purchases is April 30. The technology purchasing deadline for this year is Friday, April 11.
New this year, the Student Art Sale will be held at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design on Saturday, April 19 from 1-4 p.m. This is open to all students, and submissions will be accepted until April 4.
