Trainings provide no-cost continuing education credits for health educators, nurses, physicians, and social workers.

Supporting Native Survivors Through AICAF Sacred Circle |
|

The American Indian Cancer Foundation (AICAF) is highlighting AICAF Sacred Circle, a secure, free online platform for Native cancer survivors and caregivers. Sacred Circle helps users build personalized support networks where family and community members can stay updated, offer encouragement, and coordinate practical support such as meals, transportation, and caregiver breaks.

Alaska has launched a “Produce for Patients” pilot with two Anchorage cancer treatment centers, the local food bank, and the State Physical Activity and Nutrition Program. Patients experiencing food insecurity receive a weekly box of fresh produce during treatment, along with a Caregiver Resource Bag that includes a cancer cookbook and support materials.
