We have a new survey on our website that is helping us get to know you better. We want to deliver relevant content and more of what really matters to you. Our community is from all over the country interested in many things. Travel being one that seems to be on everyone's list, health and food is another popular topic. We are excited and currently working on a new partnership that we will share with you next month. This month we give some attention to food. If you have wanted to eat better in a more healthy intentional way but not sure how to begin or just need a little hand holding this plant based meal planner might be for you.
Spring is a good time to make changes. "Spring Cleaning" helps to open space so new energy can flow in. Getting clear on what you want to change in your life is a first step to making progress, but then action has to take place to make it happen. So many times we just talk, talk, talk and then time goes and pretty soon months have passed. Perfection isn't the issue or even advised. Just make a small consistent step towards your goal. Then pat yourself on the back. Give yourself some love and do it again and again. A good book can help to stay inspired!

Question: Have you had a Postpone Nothing moment where you made a change?
For the last year and a half it has been very difficult for me to consistently stay physically active & motivated. With my brain being occupied by the day to day responsibilities of being an adult + maintaining normal life, I feel that much of my self image had turned negative with the sedentary changes in my lifestyle. Up until Christmas of this past year I had listened to countless podcasts, TED talks, various Internet forums in search of a speck of inspiration that could light my fire… And it wasn’t until a very powerful book stumbled upon my path...
