What’s Buzzing at the 4‑H Office |
|
|
Hello 4-H members, families, and community members,
I am incredibly grateful to continue serving our community as your 4‑H Educator. This past weekend, we hosted Clover College, and it was truly a wonderful event. Nearly 60 youth participated in hands‑on project learning, led by dedicated volunteers, as we came together to learn, grow, and celebrate our 4‑H community.
As we look ahead to the warmer months, I encourage youth to begin thinking about the projects they’ve created and how they might exhibit them locally. Sharing projects at community events is a meaningful and unique opportunity for our youth leaders to showcase their skills and accomplishments.
Volunteer Appreciation Week is April 19–25, and I invite everyone to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible volunteers. Chippewa County 4‑H is supported by over 77 approved volunteers, and their time, talents, and dedication make these experiences possible for our youth.
Please note that I will be out of the office April 20–24. During this time, you may contact the Extension Office or send me an email, and I will respond as soon as I return.
