What activities were you involved in while you were a student at Denison?
I was involved with the Denison Campus Governance Association (DCGA), Kappa Sigma, Omicron Delta Kappa, and various intramural sports.
Since graduation, how have you stayed connected with Denison as an alum?
I first volunteered for the Admission Office and have mentored students about career opportunities over the years. I currently volunteer for the Annual Fund, assisting with fundraising campaigns such as Day of Giving and Reunion class giving. I have also served on my class’s Reunion committee and helped plan our 30th Reunion. I currently serve as the Chair for my 40th Reunion committee and look forward to returning to The Hill this June. I can’t wait to see everyone!
What has been most rewarding about your experience volunteering for Denison?
I have found it most rewarding to continue relationships with classmates, administrators, and faculty, and of course, giving back to the University. Giving back is much easier than you think and is well worth the effort.
What is your favorite Denison memory?
It’s really the friendships I’ve made with classmates, faculty, and administrators that continue to this day.
