Born Spring of 1972

Swoop's Involvements on Campus Include:
Attending almost all athletic events
Horseback Riding
Reading on campus
Flying with the MU Dropouts
(Swoop can also be spotted flying over campus in between classes) 
What do you study?
I study Athletic Training as well as Sports Leadership and Management (SLAM). However, I also enjoy taking classes from all disciplines when I have the chance.

What leadership advice would you give to students? 
Be curious! Join organizations that interest you! 
Leadership looks different for everyone; leaders are not always front-and-center although they certainly can be. I think everyone has the ability to be a leader, it just takes some persistence and devotion to find the role that is right for each one of us.

What fuels your school spirit?
My school spirit is definitely fueled by the dedication and passion of Miami students. I'm honestly the most proud when I see students working hard, inside & outside the classroom.
