Dear Faculty and Staff,
Homecoming & Family weekend will take place on October 24-26, 2025. We invite you to submit your event for review and approval using the event intake form. All events that receive approval will be listed on the official Homecoming and Family Weekend schedule.
Further instructions are provided on the intake form. Please schedule any academic open houses/panels/reunions on Friday, October 24 after 3 p.m. or on Saturday, October 25 between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and noon or 3–6 p.m.
The Beacon Tailgate will run from 10:00 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, and will take place on the intramural field which is west of Brown Field. If you wish to hold your event as part of this tailgate, please write "Tailgate" in the location section of the event intake form.
