Welcome back! I hope the holiday weekend was restful and you had the opportunity to relax and spend time with family and friends. Coming back, I hope you are feeling re-energized in the sprint to finish the semester. It is such a busy time of year and I want to remind all of you of the importance of taking care of yourselves and finding the healthy balance you need.
