Calling all couples! I want to extend one last opportunity for you to register for our Valentine’s Day group wedding ceremony!
Registration closes February 7th.
We are hard at work planning a beautiful event for couples and their families to join us to say "I do" in front of the beautiful courtyard of the iconic Downtown Orlando Courthouse on Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14th.
Participation in the group event will cost $70. The cost includes a commemorative certificate, wedding photos, a delicious treat, and a special gift!

Please note that you will still need to pay the required fee for the marriage license itself in addition to this package fee.
To participate, you must first obtain your marriage license prior to the event. It's an easy process that you can start directly on our Marriage page on my website.

Orange County Courthouse in Winter Park

I'm so happy to share that we are one step closer to the opening of the new Orange County Courthouse in Winter Park!
On February 4th, I joined Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, 9th Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Lisa Munyon, and invited guests to cut the ribbon to celebrate the completion of our new location designed to improve access and expand court services for residents in East Orange County. If you'd like to watch a recording of the event, you can so do here.
This new Courthouse in Winter Park will offer all our usual branch services, but it will also include Self-Help services with an attorney consultation room. Orange County Government invested $18.9 million in this location. It’s three times the size of our current branch and features two courtrooms. The clerk's lobby is also double the size, and we have a larger wedding ceremony room. The courthouse will open in the coming weeks.

Free "Ask A Lawyer" Event |
Do you have questions you want to "Ask a Lawyer"?
You can do just that at a FREE online event that is open to the public. My office partners with the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) to offer “Ask a Lawyer” events throughout the year. My staff will share details on the Self Help services we offer the community.

In February, our Ocoee and Winter Park branches will be open on Saturday, February 8th.
Both the Ocoee and Winter Park branches are open one Saturday each month to make it easier for you to do business with my office. Services such as marriage licenses and ceremonies, passports, and payments are available. These are the same services offered during the week at our branch locations.
Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

MLK Pride event.
