2016 Champlain College Family Weekend
Friday, September 30th - Sunday, October 2nd
Join us for Family Weekend and explore the Champlain your student has come to love!
Starting with a reception on Friday night, you'll meet with other families and hear our faculty and staff speak about the developments in our Champlain classrooms and beyond. Then, over the weekend, you will have plenty of time to explore Burlington's downtown, the waterfront, galleries, farmers' markets, shops, restaurants and more.

You and a guest are invited to join Champlain College for a cocktail reception in Raleigh, NC. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

Convocation 2016 Award Recipients and Speakers
Convocation for the Class of 2020 took place on Friday, August 26th. Mark Redmond, Executive Director of Spectrum Youth and Family Services, received the Distinguished Citizen Award and spoke to members of the incoming class. In addition, the class heard from Associate Professor Warren Baker, the 2016 recipient of the Edward Phelps Lyman Professorship Award. Read the full article here.
Champlain Earns Title of "College of Distinction"
Innovative learning opportunities at Champlain College have earned the school recognition among the nation's Colleges of Distinction. Champlain students earn college credit and valuable life experience while participating in study abroad programs, as well as through service learning, internships and other new educational paradigms. Halls Close at 12:00 pm for Fall Break
Last campus meal served is a continental breakfast
Sunday November 27
Halls Reopen at 8:00 am
First campus meal served is dinner from 4:30 pm–6:30 pm
Saturday December 17
Halls Close at 12:00 pm for Winter Break
Last campus meal served is a continental breakfast
