Feeding Wildlife

As the snow is falling, please remember to only feed the song birds with feeders well off the ground and NOT other wildlife. Recently, the Rangers investigated two reports of residents feeding deer. One was by hand (Yikes!) and the other was placing several piles of vegetables in the open space by their home. This is against the law and can result in a fine and, more importantly, can cause wildlife to become habituated and potentially cause harm to people.
