Please join us to hear information about the upcoming Ranch House Pool renovation, view initial design concepts and provide feedback. Join us at the 2018 KCR Nature Photography Gallery Night event hosted by KC Nature and the Ken-Caryl Art Guild for a fun night out and a display of beautiful nature-themed photography. Light food will be provided and a cash bar will be available to attendees 21 and older. All Ken-Caryl Ranch residents and non-residents are welcome to attend the event. Winners and honorable mentions from the KCR 2018 Nature Photography Contest will be named the night of the event. This event is sponsored by Mike’s Camera and MANCAN. We Still Need 95 Proxies to Re-Convene the MA Annual MeetingProxies serve to establish quorum (simple majority) at the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Annual Meeting. Because we did not have quorum at the March 6 meeting, we now need 1,231 proxies to re-convene the Annual Meeting on March 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ranch House. The proxy does not grant your voting privileges to anyone. If you haven't turned in your proxy, download a proxy form below and return it to be entered into a drawing for one free month of dues.
