The 2023 North Edmonton Seniors Association Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 24 at 1:30pm in the Auditorium. The agenda and reports will be available online at (www.nesa1.ca) and at the main reception prior to the meeting (and will be handed out on the day of the AGM).
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Wine and cheese social to follow the business portion of the meeting. Please note:
-In order to ensure that proper consideration can be given in advance, only motions and nominations for Director positions received in writing prior to Friday, March 3, 2023 will be accepted for the Annual General Meeting.
-Members in good standing wishing to make a motion for consideration at the AGM under “Additional Business” should provide a document in writing, either by e-mail or hard copy, stating the motion and specifying the names of the persons making and seconding the motion, to the NESA President, no later than Friday, March 3, 2023.
-Members in good standing wishing to nominate an individual to the Board of Directors for consideration at the AGM should seek the individual’s agreement in advance and provide the nomination in writing either via e-mail or hard copy to the NESA President, no later than Friday March 3, 2023.
