Q: Why is WyldLife, Middle School and Young Life, High School meeting together for Club XP and Campaigners?
A: The hope and goal is to have two separate All Area Pasadena Clubs, one for WyldLife and one for Young Life as well as Campaigners, so we see the combo Club XP and Campaigners as temporary. We currently have 4 high school freshman who all were a part of WyldLife last year and 2 sophomores that Stephanie took to camp this summer, that we anticipate attending. We don't know many more high schoolers yet. Because of this we plan to use the Wednesday, Club XP events to build momentum and have a space for kids to invite their friends. Once there are more high schoolers attending, we plan to split and have separate WyldLife and Young Life.
Q: What is the difference between Club XP and Campaigners?
A: Club XP is a space for our current attenders to invite their friends! It will include fun activities, awesome music, skits, and the hope of Jesus shared in a way that clicks! If you know other students who want to check out Young Life/WyldLife, who don't have much faith background, or has been disinterested in faith, this is the place to invite them. We will meet at various fun locations in Pasadena.
Campaigners is just another name for small groups! At Campaigners we will dive deeper into Scripture and follow Jesus together with our HEAD, HEART, and HANDS! We will still have snacks and games but instead of a leader sharing a talk/lesson, we will all study the bible together! We will cover topics including solitude, prayer, scripture, worship, fellowship and service. This is a great space for kids who are ready to dig deeper in their faith.
