To help ensure quality, IMPACT has course observation rubric worksheets. These are intended to be constructive formative reviews with actionable suggestions for improvement. Faculty or Program Directors can use these or you can request the IMPACT team to conduct an observation for you.
The two worksheets are:
Instructional Design – heavily informed by the Quality Matters rubric, it focuses on the course design and set-up in Blackboard, including accessibility of course materials.
Course Facilitation – looks at instructor interaction with students within Blackboard.
