During these weekly in-person sessions we will be answering FAQ's on stages 1 and 2. Join us for an opportunity to ask an advisor any questions you may have before you submit your final application to USCIS.

The Community Support Hour for International Students is a collaboration between Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) and ISEO to provide a support space for international students. Build community, connect with other international students, prioritize your well-being and mental health, navigate challenges and strategize ways to thrive, and learn about campus resources. Depending on the week, we’ll do mindfulness & meditation exercises, arts & crafts, etc. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

| Intercultural Social Hour + EIA Mixer |

In honor of International Education Week, the International Peer Coaches and the English-In-Action Program are co-hosting an Intercultural Social Hour/EIA Mixer!
At this mixer, you can hang out, relax, and play games while meeting new people in a fun environment, Stop by, make new friends, and hang out with us. This mixer is open to all international and domestic students, undergraduate and graduate. We will be dedicating the event to highlight our EIA participants and volunteers!
Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

This November, as the leaves turn and the air cools, we're warming up the UC San Diego campus with a celebration of diversity, community, and gastronomic delight. Our Friendsgiving Potluck is not just about sharing a meal; it's about weaving together the many threads of our vibrant graduate student community into a beautiful tapestry of traditions, stories, and flavors.
We invite you to bring a dish that represents your culture or just your love for food, and share it with fellow students. Whether it's a family recipe passed down through generations, or a dish you've learned to love, each contribution is a paragraph in our collective story.

International Education Week |
Every November, UC San Diego joins hundreds of higher education institutions worldwide to celebrate International Education Week (IEW). IEW is an opportunity to champion the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of UC San Diego's mission to develop mutual understanding between cultures in support of a truly global society. UC San Diego is celebrating campus's 19th International Education Week from November 13-17, 2023. The campus community is offering a wide-variety of internationally-focused activities and events for the occasion.
