Can you please spell Blenz? 🥝

You can go take your test any time on any day of the week (during open hours) when you book your test, so it’s v flexible. The more people who can do asymptomatic testing, the more info the university will have to decide if it can hold more events.

Student commuters and off-campus residents can still register for a parking permit on the parking and transportation site. (Residential parking spots are sold out.) Permits are charged to your Bursar account and parking director Sam Patterson says with classes already started, it’s better to just come to the parking office at the South Rec Center and get one in person. You can call Parking at (662) 915-7235
Pro-rated Pavilion Garage spaces are also available to buy mid-year (which is now), so you can try the Pavilion and decide if you want to renew next year. During non-pandemic times, Pavilion parking spots are in high demand and buying one mid-year puts you first in the renewal line.
Ok, Sam, where do I park? Go to this page, scroll down to see your zones and screenshot the map.
How much does a parking pass cost? A commuter permit is $210 and a Park & Ride pass is $105.

Reminder: plan ahead for the next three months.

Not to just repeat what we said last week, but this is SO IMPORTANT. How you handle your classes in the first few weeks will really impact the rest of the semester. Since there’s no Spring Break, you’ll have less time to catch up if you fall behind. So keep pushing, help your friends, read the tips below and put Friday, April 2 on your calendar – no school. 😇
Get a study group (make sure at least one of them studies more than you). ✔️
Make yourself a schedule (but leave some wiggle room). ✔️
Start (and finish) assignments early. ✔️
Stay on top of your reading. ✔️
