A Problem-Solving Process
| |
If the education of the past was one of specificity, today’s students and workers are expected to be well-rounded and versed in a variety of experiences.
Valor Arts teachers Hayes Trotter and Kevin Von Qualen have spearheaded a shift towards this kind of education through a problem-solving process called Design Thinking. Instead of traditional lectures, experience-based learning and collaborative opportunities can benefit students inside and outside the classroom.

If you did not register to receive dual credit for an eligible course last semester, you now have another opportunity (if you registered for a yearlong class last semester, you do not need to register for the spring).
As a reminder, dual credit through Colorado Christian University can transfer to a majority of colleges and universities. However, it is still recommended to contact prospective institutions to determine whether or not they accept the credit.
Please visit the CCU Dual Credit page to register and learn more about the dual credit option. The deadline to register for a Valor dual credit course is April 15.
