Stressbuster Tip: Talk to Someone
| |
If new stressors challenge your ability to cope or if other self-care measures aren’t doing enough to relieve your stress, therapy or counseling could be a great option. Stress can take its toll and make us feel overwhelmed, but therapy can help us manage it better. A therapist may recommend healthy strategies for dealing with stress and can personalize these to best suit your needs. Click here to learn more about different options and these links for some resources on campus. You can also check out Let’s Talk, which provides easy access to free, informal, and confidential consultations with therapists from UChicago Student Wellness.
