Meet the Director:Â Arman Ananikyan
| |
Arman Ananikyan is a young filmmaker with a passion for storytelling rooted in his early experiences in the Czech Republic and his subsequent relocation to New Jersey. Growing up in a family of filmmakers, Arman inherited his love for cinema from his father, a producer and director, who introduced him to the world of filmmaking. With a strong educational foundation, including his participation in the USC Summer Program's Warner Bros. Producing and Directing class, Arman aspires to attend USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. He is eager to contribute his unique perspective to the industry and inspire future generations through his work.

Piotr Jaxa, SCS, is a renowned cinematographer and photographer born in Poland and based in Switzerland since 1982. A graduate of the Polish National Film School in Lodz, he has worked as Director of Photography on numerous fictional and documentary films internationally. His work has been featured at prestigious festivals, including Cannes, Mannheim, Krakow, Los Angeles, and Berlin.Â
In recent years, Piotr has been deeply exploring the creative possibilities of digital cinematography in independent European cinema. His recent projects include Going Private by Stina Werenfels, Hello Goodbye by Stefan Jaeger, Rocksteady: The Roots of Reggae by Stascha Bader, and The War Is Over by Mitko Panov. Combining his extensive experience with the 35mm film camera and his passion for the aesthetic opportunities of digital technology, Piotr continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

Meet Gary Gellman, Director
| |
Gary Gellman, founder of Gellman Images, has been featured over 500 times in national media, including CBS, ABC, NBC, and Fox. For over 15 years, he has served as the official photographer for the NJ Hall of Fame induction ceremony, capturing iconic figures such as Bruce Springsteen, Yogi Berra, and Queen Latifah. Starting his video production career at 16, Gary later founded Gellman Images in 1989 after completing his studies at The College of New Jersey. He has photographed celebrities, elected officials, and The Pope, with his work displayed at prominent venues like the NJ State Museum, the US Senate Gallery, and The Vatican.

An Israeli-born American actor, director, and filmmaker, was raised in Brooklyn after immigrating to the U.S. with his Moroccan Jewish family in 1980. He is the sixth of seven children born to parents from Morocco.
