Community Center Pool Hours July 17-18
Due to diarrhea in the Community Center Pool the evening of July 16, we are required to close the pool for 24 hours to sanitize and re-balance the chemicals. A second, unrelated mechanical issue was identified the morning of July 17 which will require the pool be closed July 18 for repair. The Community Center Pool and Splash Pad hours are as follows for July 17 and 18:
Monday, July 17:
Pool – Closed until 5 p.m.; Open Swim from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.; Lap Swim from 7 p.m.-8 p.m.
Splash Pad – Open from 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
Tuesday, July 18:
Pool – Closed all day. Swim Lessons will take place at the Ranch House Pool at their usual times. Water Aerobics will take place at the Bradford Pool at the usual time.
Splash Pad – Open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
We are waiving all resident guest fees at the Ranch House and Bradford Pools July 17 and 18. We appreciate your understanding!

Deer Creek Golf Course Rezoning
The Board of County Commissioners approved the rezoning of a portion of Deer Creek Golf Course. It allows for up to 128 detached and attached homes, in addition to possible multi-family dwellings and commercial uses. The lands included in this plan are the Deer Creek Golf Course driving range, a piece of vacant commercially-zoned land adjacent to the range, the current clubhouse area, parking lot, course maintenance facility, and a portion of the actual golf course. The next step is for the developer to submit a site plan with details.
