Michael Locher, CPA, presented a virtual workshop on potential tax benefits for donors that affect donations made in 2020 this month. Mr. Locher works in tax credits, grants, and financial incentives as a CPA at Harris, Harvey, Neal & Company.

He is a frequent public speaker on incentive topics for business groups and is often called on to assist state and local agencies as updates to legislation and regulations are contemplated and enacted.
