Dear 2020 Acc participants and vendors,
First and foremost, we hope this letter finds you and yours safe and healthy in these challenging times. We have continued to monitor the developments surrounding COVID-19 in Georgia, and today it seems unlikely that the Atlanta Charity Clays gathering of over 600 participants, sponsors, volunteers, and guests will be prudent or even legal in September of this year. Consequently, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 ACC event. The 2020 ACC event was going to be an exceptional celebration of our 30th year. The event will now move to March of 2021, when we will be able to, in good conscience, hold the 30th anniversary Atlanta Charity Clays Event. Save the date for March 18-20, 2021.
The purpose of the ACC is to generate substantial donations to our designated children’s charities each year. We feel that these charities need our donations now more than ever this year, and the ACC major sponsors and board want to help. Therefore, thanks to our generous sponsors, we will still be making contributions to our designated charities in 2020!
