Set your alarms early enough to attend the dynamic Men's Morning Group tomorrow morning, (and every Thursday morning), 7:15 am at Panera Bread. If your schedule won't allow for that, then you will certainly want to join the men of Parkway Hills this Sunday, August 7th, (and on the first Sunday of every month), for the Men's Monthly Breakfast Program, 7:30 am in The Garden. You will be blessed!

| Dear Church Family, My sincere appreciation and thanks for your generosity in support of the homeless mission. Your personal commitment was incredible! It allowed us to reach our goal: sewing, threading drawstrings, gathering supplies, and filling 175 bags with bottles of water, snacks, wash cloths, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, personal hygiene items, even a Bible verse. Your concern, your time, and your donations will certainly make a difference in the lives of those served by Grace Place. We plan to serve breakfast and hand out the bags on Wednesday, August 17th, at 8:30 am. If you would like to join us that morning, please let the church know.
The one who is gracious to the poor lends to the Lord, and the Lord will repay him for his good deed. Proverbs 19:17.

| We will celebrate Promotion Sunday this Sunday. Third graders will receive their Bibles, and all children will move up to their next Sunday School class, meet their new teachers, and celebrate at PUMP IT UP! All Children up through rising 5th graders are invited to join us for this fun party! Sunday, August 7th

| For the past month, your Choir has taken a break from weekly rehearsals and simply sung some familiar music. We hope you've enjoyed hearing these great songs and messages as much as we have enjoyed singing them. This Sunday, we will repeat one of our favorite anthems, “Down to the River to Pray.” Additionally, we will begin our regular rehearsal schedule this Sunday night at 6:00 pm. We always welcome new members, but now is an especially good time to join us as we begin to prepare for a new year of musical praise and worship. Contact Philip for more information.

| August's Communion Offering will support and train Kairos volunteers, who will minister to incarcerated women at the Central MS Correctional Facility during a three-day weekend, October 4th - 7th.
